    - Actually this is a B2B shop only, however, we are already working on a solution so that also B2C customers can directly purchase a product online. If you are a private customer and interested in the product, you can make a purchase request by filling out the respective customer form on each product detail page and we will contact you.

  • Which payment options are available?

    - Possible payment options in the Fronius Used Equipment Webshop UK are purchase on account or prepayment.

  • The selected or desired payment option is not available?

  • I have not received an invoice?

    - Sending your bill can take up to 48 hours / two working days. If you have not received an invoice after 48 hours / two working days, please contact shop-uk@fronius.com with the E-Mail address which belongs to your account.

  • The details on my invoice are incorrect?

    - The details on your invoice will be those that you have provided during the registration process on the Fronius Used Equipment Webshop UK.   • Can I view the Fronius device before buying?

    - Potential buyers are more than welcome to come and view the machine before purchasing. Please fill in the respective customer form which you can find on each product detail page.

  • How much are the shipping costs?

    - If you select the shipping method “Click & Collect”, the shipping is free of charge. With this payment method the order is made via the online shop and you have to pick up the product directly from Fronius UK. The Fronius UK Online Sales Team will contact you immediately to arrange an appointment to pick up the product.

    - If you select the standard shipping method, the shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the weight and the delivery address you have given. Please see our shipping rates below:

  • How long does the delivery take?

    - The delivery time depends on the delivery address you have given. Normally it takes between 1 and 2 working days.

  • Are partial deliveries possible?

    - The ordered items are always shipped completely as one delivery. The delivery is free of duty.

  • I want to know where my delivery is?
